Submitting a case is simple. Please just send us the name of the patient or the corresponding patient ID via E-Mail. To make the process as efficient as possible, we provide a structured onboarding template that helps you clearly communicate the patient’s needs and your expectations for the treatment.

We create the aligner setup, manage the communication with the aligner provider, review the progress of the planning, and continuously optimize the setup until the treatment plan meets our clinical standards and your treatment goals.
This means that you do not need to spend time on back-and-forth communication or technical planning adjustments — we handle the complete workflow for you.
We only contact you once the treatment plan is thoroughly reviewed, predictable, and ready for your final evaluation. If you would like any modifications, we will revise the setup according to your feedback until you are completely satisfied.

Invoices are issued once per month, regardless of the number of treatment plans processed during that period.
